Újbuda Center

On the corner of Budafoki Street and Hengermalom Street Újbuda Center is home to more than 30 shops in an industrial monument.

Easy access by car and public transport (Bus 33, 103, 133 and 233) makes it attractive for more potential guests.

In fact, the building of Újbuda Center used to be that of Hungarian Cable Works. When production ended the manufacturing hall built in 1960 was not pulled down but remodeled instead to preserve it for future use. The facade facing Hengermalom Street with offset windows is the most distinctive part of the building.
