Saint Anne Church, Esztergom
Also known as the round church, the construction of the building was commissioned by Archbishop Sándor Rudany, designed by János Packh and built between 1828 and 1837. Due to its exterior features, it is said to be a smaller copy of the Esztergom Basilica.
The plan of the church is completely circular. Next to the dome there are two smaller steeples, its entrance is bordered with a stoa, a columned portico. The main altarpiece by Mihály Hesz from 1829 depicts Saint Anne, Joachim and Mary as a child.
