One of the great features of this public beach its located near Balatonfüred, very close to the entrance of the peninsula. It is also free and visitors can sunbathe from sunrise to sunset as there are no hills casting shades here. Though this is also a disadvantage: there is no shade even if it's needed.

There are rental services for paddle boats, kayaks and sunloungers, and there is also a long line of food stalls along the beach.
